Do you ship to other countries?

Yes! Make sure to enter the correct shipping address when checking out and shipping cost will be calculated depending on the type of service you chose and the destination. We will make our best to minimize the cost and time of the delivery, but certain factors, as customs or delays due to poor weather, are beyond our capabilities.

Who can buy from Hair Ecstasy?

Anyone may purchase from Hair Ecstasy with the understanding that taxes and shipping charges will apply and will be calculated based on the customer’s location.

Why does this site work this way?

This site was created to allow customers (current and potential) to submit a request for a price quotation on a selection of merchandise. Because pricing is relative to each customer's request, we chose not to display pricing on any item. With these things in mind, our goal was to create a method that would allow customers to create their own order at their own pace and provide a tool that would give access to our entire inventory at the touch of a few buttons.

Once you have finished shopping, simply submit your request and we'll follow up with you to confirm any details and process your order according to your needs. How do I get an account with Hair Ecstasy?

When you register on line you are giving us the information needed to open your account with Hair Ecstasy. There is no need to submit any more information or to go through any other registration process. Your account will remain open until you decide to close it. In the event you decide to close your account, please email us at closemyaccount@hairecstasy.com and we will close your account within 48hours.

Will I have a sales person even if I open my account online?

Absolutely! Even though we don’t have any brick-and-mortar stores, our customer service is second to none, and you can count on one of our knowledgeable staff to be in available any time you need help. We look forward to make a happy customer of you!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all the major credit cards. Our payment processing is done by First Data, a secure third party credit card processing company that offers state-of-the-art technologies.

Are there free shipping offers?

We try to keep our prices as low as possible and the shipping charges at a minimum. It is for this reasons that we don’t have Free Shipping offers all of the time. But we will have Free Shipping offers every now and then, and we’ll let you know about them when those are available through our newsletter.
