Who is Hair Ecstasy LLC?

Hair Ecstasy LLC is a company specialized in hair care products and has been in the market for over 20 years serving customers domestically and internationally.

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap with my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)

We take shipping and handling very seriously. Your products should arrive looking just as pristine as when they left our warehouse. However, mistakes do happen, and we'll always be here to fix them. Give us a call at (305) 953-6325 (8am-5pm EST) to discuss how we can make it up to you.

How long will my order take to be delivered after purchasing?

A delivery will usually take anywhere between 2-5 business days after purchasing when sent by Priority Mail. We do not offer shipping outside of the US.

Can I return a product if I am unhappy with it? (Wrong size, ordered the wrong product, etc.)

We offer a 30 days return policy for all unused/unopened products. If you have concerns over a product please give us a call at (305) 953-6325 (8am-5pm EST) to discuss how we can make it up to you.

My order never arrived. What can I do about it?

We understand that not receiving your order can be frustrating. That is why we offer replacements for any missing or damaged products. It is important to us that all the packages are sent out and received in a timely manner so please let us know as soon as possible if there is any issue with receiving your products.

Will these products work on my hair type? (Curly, straight, permed, etc.)

We have a variety of products that have been formulated to work on different hair and skin types. All of our products are made from top quality ingredients and have been tested to insure the utmost safety. Please consult the product label for all active ingredients and instructions before using any product.
